Lynne founded the Strover Gallery 21 years ago and soon gained a national reputation as a leading provincial gallery dealing in contemporary art and her exhibitions are noted as an essential component in Cambridges’ Art and Culture Diary. Her innate ability to discover and bring together the best of contemporary British art has ensured the gallery’s continuing success, all work is carefully selected, reflecting Lynne’s impeccable taste and eye for quality.
The Gallery forms part of a 19 century National School which was converted into a house and showroom in the 1970’s. It sits in the centre of the picturesque historic village high street between the popular Ancient Shepherds public house and the Church of St Mary the Virgin, first recorded in 1217.Alterations to the building in the 1990’s created light and airy spaces ideal for showing contemporary paintings and sculpture in an intimate domestic setting.
Lynne Strover Gallery will be on Stand 9 in the small hall.
